      Booking and Shipping Policy

      Pricing and order details are communicated via email and social messages. 

      In-person discussions over coffee can be requested by appointment.

      Booking Policy:

      • Bookings are confirmed via social messages or email, with a deposit required to secure a spot. 
      • Deposits are non-refundable due to advanced material ordering.
      • Balance payment must be settled before pick-up or shipping.


      Shipping Policy:

      • Orders are shipped 4 to 8 weeks before the wedding date or earlier upon confirmation.
      • Shipping rates vary by order quantity and location.
      • Shipping time is 5 to 10 business days with tracking number provided.
